How do I claim my business profile?

If another business shows interest in you before you've joined, we email you a one-time invite with a claim link. You can also start at getcahoots.com/join and set up your profile in a few minutes.

Is Cahoots free?

Yes. Swiping, matching, messaging, and claiming your profile are free. Cahoots Featured is an optional paid subscription that surfaces your business more often in the deck — it's never required.

How do I cancel Cahoots Featured?

Manage or cancel Featured from your account settings, or from your Apple subscription settings if you subscribed through the app. Canceling stops future renewals; your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for. New Featured subscriptions include a money-back guarantee — email us if it isn't a fit.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account (or naming your business) and we'll permanently delete your account and associated profile data. We'll confirm once it's done. You can also delete from the app or your account settings — see how to delete your Cahoots account for every option and exactly what is deleted.

How do I stop invite emails?

Every invite email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we'll suppress your business from future invites.
