• Swipe and match activity (which businesses you show interest in, matches you form)
• Usage and telemetry data (pages viewed, device/browser type, error reports) to keep Cahoots reliable

• To run the swipe-and-match product — showing you the deck, recording matches, and sending prospect invites
• To improve Cahoots — understanding usage patterns and fixing problems
• To communicate with you — account notices, match notifications, and (if you're a Featured business) billing

4. What we share

Your business's public profile card (name, category, description, photos) is visible to other members in the deck — that's the point of Cahoots. Direct contact details (email, phone) are shared with another business only after a mutual match; they're never shown on a swipe card. We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties.

5. Cookies and sessions

Cahoots uses first-party, HttpOnly session cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Email preferences

Prospect-invite emails and account notices honor any suppression or unsubscribe request. To stop receiving a category of email, use the unsubscribe link in that email or contact us directly.

7. Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting Animas Marketing through animasmarketing.com. We'll confirm once the deletion is complete, subject to any records we're legally required to retain.
